Thanks to Lauren Rudy for letting me know about this NYTimes article last week. This is a project in Germany regarding architecture that is modualr units linked together for collective habitation. The exterior is also used as a billboard, which I suppose is good for marketing, but has a negative potential with regard to the artistic interest of the project. I guess that shows the realities of creating marketable art in this day and age.
