Police Officers Sue Over Police Surveillance of Their Protests - New York Times

You know Big Brother has gone too far when they start suing themselves. Police Officers Sue Over Police Surveillance of Their Protests the New York Times reports today. Off duty police officers protesting contract negotiations were harassed and manipulated by their on-duty peers. The scare tactics include videotaping their protests, much as officers have done with Critical Mass. But now, when the tactics are turned on them, they cry foul. Hopefully this will get a little more attention towards the Orwellian New York we live in.
