Landis Is on Tour to Finance Defense - New York Times
Floyd in Brooklyn and the news. I wanted to go to this tonight, but school calls. I hate school. Anyways, Floyd was in town, had a few laughs with the local cyclists and tried to drum up support for his legal defense set for this and next month. If he is stripped of the yellow jersey from this year's TdF, he will be the first to ever have been stripped because of drugs. Some of the first winners of the Tour also were disqualified post-race, but that was because they cut the course.
