New Orleans mayor rips rebuild effort - MSNBC.com
In case you didn't know, New Orleans is still like a war zone. Mayor Nagin criticized the government for not spending enough money or attention to the city's plight after being overlooked in the State of the Union address. It is very stunning that we have all forgotten about this city. It was wiped out and we spent as much time as the TV cameras were willing to pay attention to help out. While a few of my friends from PIPS went down and some people from Burning Man went to NOLA and to Biloxi (as well as thousands I don't actually know), NOLA still needs help.
