The other day, a man named Happy Johnson stormed the congressional hearings in New Orleans demanding a White House Probe into why the response to the Katrina clean-up has been done with such slothful speed. This is his blog, and he has a lot to say. As a a Georgetown University American History and International Affairs major Happy is no slouch and is able to rally a lot of people for his cause.
