I'm sorry, but this story just makes me laugh. All I can picture is a submarine full of cokeheads caught in this "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" moment mixed with "trainspotting" and a little "Dr. Strangelove". Of coarse, in my dream they are also blasting "The Who's Greatest Hits" album and thats how they got caught by the coast gaurd.
